Returns & Exchanges Policy – NanoJR

At NanoJR, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair return policy.

Return Period
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be new, unused, and free of any signs of wear or damage.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and certificates.
  • Customized products (such as engraved items) are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  • Please contact our customer service before sending the product back.
  • Once approved, you will receive a return form and shipping instructions.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Costs

  • After approval by customer service, a refund will be issued minus the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A handling fee of 10% of the product value will be deducted.

Returns & Shipping – Israel and International

  • Within Israel:
    After customer service approval, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy, minus the return shipping cost.
  • International Orders:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected at our facility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Please contact us immediately.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

Warranty & Service
In the event of an issue related to the nano chip (not caused by improper use), we will provide repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty terms.
