Shipping Policy – NanoJR

Order Processing Time

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Standard processing time is up to 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or for custom orders, processing times may be extended. We will update you accordingly.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method:

  • Within Israel: 2-5 business days
  • International shipments: 14-21 business days

Shipping times are calculated from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date it is placed.

 

 

 

Delivery times are estimates only and do not include delays beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, security inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout.

  • Free shipping on orders over ₪600 (within Israel only), unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Shipping Methods

All shipments are handled by professional and reliable shipping providers.
Delivery method (home delivery, pickup point, etc.) depends on the destination and the option selected at checkout.

We work with selected shipping partners to ensure the highest possible service standards.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom-made or specially produced items may require additional processing time.
In such cases, we will notify you after your order is placed.

International Shipping – Duties and Taxes

Shipments outside Israel may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and additional fees.
Shipping costs and these additional charges are not included in the order price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Requests for changes or cancellations can be made within a reasonable time after placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once processing or shipping has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Delays and Non-Delivery

In the event of an unusual delay or non-delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Israel: if the shipment has not been received after 14 business days
  • International: after 30 business days

Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate solution will be offered Depending on the circumstances.

If something didn’t go as expected, we are here to resolve it together with you.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is not delivered due to absence, refusal, or failure to collect from a pickup point, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Responsibility for Shipping Details

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
NanoJR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
