Delivery Times
We commit to processing your order within 1-2 business days from the moment it is placed.
Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location:
Within Israel: 2-5 business days.
International shipping: 7-14 business days.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is calculated according to the customer’s location and the selected shipping method.
We offer free shipping on orders over 300 NIS (within Israel).
Shipping Methods
All shipments are carried out through professional and recognized courier services.

Shipment Tracking
After the order is processed, you will receive an email including a tracking number and a link to track the shipment in real time.
Special Shipments
Custom orders may require additional processing time. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.
If the shipment requires special coordination (for example large or fragile items), we will contact you directly.
International Shipping
Shipments outside Israel may be subject to taxes and local fees in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for any additional payments required in the destination country.
Changes to Order and Shipping Address
It is possible to change the shipping address or update order details within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
Changes must be made by sending a message to the email info@nanojr.com or by contacting us by phone.
Return Policy Related to Shipments
In the event of an unusual shipping delay or an address error, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the shipment is not received after 14 business days (in Israel) or 30 business days (international), we will provide a replacement shipment or a refund according to the company policy.
